1996 Caravan Won’t Crank. Battery Out Of Another Running Van And Jumpstart Does Not Work. What Can It Be?

Battery, starter, ground, corroded battery terminal ends, corroded battery cables internally, bad starter relay, bad main relay, best bet is to take it to a shop and have it inspected by a professional, good luck.

My Caravan did same thing. Solved it by removing Starter battery cable, applying electrical grease (there is another name for this stuff, I just cannot remember it) and re-installing the cable on the starter. Had to do this several times a year. It is easy to do as the starter is at the front of the engine compartment, right behind the bumper.
