What do you do? What kind of problems come up for you? What kind of software or systems do you use to manage your information?

I am a consultant with 22 years of experience in supply chain (technology and operational). There are different software for the different tasks (forecasting, replenishment,…). Most companies nowadays encounter the following:
- Margin errosion
- M & A
- Distributed / remote operations
and many other issues.
