   go to http://www.expresspcb.com
   They have a free download of a schematic capture and PCB layout tools. I have used them for many designs, and they work great.

   PSpice is a good program for simulating circuits, but could very easily be used to simply draw and print them as well. It has hundreds of parts built in so you would have just about anything you could ever need. You can find it for free on http://www.cadence.com I believe, just get the demo version, they may call it orcad now, but once you download and install it either use “capture” or “schematics” and you can simply drag and drop parts and wires
