I’m currently in college. I’m considering joining the military (reserves) next year, and would have to miss a semester of school (possibly two depending on my MOS) while in basic training and subsequent training.
1: My payments are deferred. Will they stay deferred while I’m training, or will I have to start paying on them?
2: I’m assuming that if I get deployed, my payments will stay deferred, but thought I’d ask this as well.

I have a 1987 Scottsdale pickup that gets about 18mpg on the highway. Would my gas mileage take a huge hit with a modest in-bed truck camper? Or is the difference pretty small?
I’m deciding between a truck camper and a “Class B” campervan for basic solo travel. It would be used on many long trips, so fuel economy is probably the #1 factor.
Thanks!

I am sure it will affect the number of time my wife and I go out. I think that we will be camping out more.

Someone hit a camper that was set up. The slide was out at the time. Upon impact the jack broke that was holding one of the sides up and the camper fell to the ground on that side. We managed to close the slide but while the camper place was fixing the damage to the camper, the slide stopped working. Could this have something to do with the accident or was it a freak occurance like they claim?

Electronic items (i.e. computers, phones, mp3 players…) have a habit of breaking or malfunctioning around me. I always thought it was just a coincidence, but while speaking to a woman I work with, she mentioned that some people have a magnetic current or field that is different or stronger than most that can cause this to happen. She also mentioned that it can be detected in a test done by a nutritionist. Unfortunately I have not been able to find any information online about this. Anyone heard of it?

A friend of mine is in receipt of DLA, Incapacity Benefit, Housing Ben and Council Tax Ben. He’s nearly a pensioner and wants to buy static caravan, just to go visit a few times a year but not hire it out. How does he stand with his benefits? Does he have to notify them and is he likely to lose any of his benefits if he goes ahead with it? Thanks

So last night, I had the unfortunate experience of my XBOX360 randomly switching off and giving me the 3 red flashing lights (hardware failure/issue). My question is though how in the other room, the only thing that flashed off and on was a stereo receiver which is attached to a surge protector? The puzzling part for me is how only 1 thing out of 6 on the same surge protector in the other room experienced what I would describe as a power surge and if the Xbox in the other room somehow caused it or if the stero somehow caused the XBox surge.
