Okay, if you need a backstory on why I need these, I’ve posted a long explanation in my blog in the sources. Anyway, I’ve been having REAL trouble with their customer service, and every time I call, I get the SAME PERSON, a guy who doesn’t know what he’s doing, and I’m sick of it.
