I am survival camping for 5 days. i will have my survival kit,and a shotgun with slugs just in case i meet a Mountain loin..
the only thing i don’t know is where to go can anyone help
i want to be some where pretty far in but i don’t want a 4 hour drive

There are some really nice places in the mountains on the west side of the state, near Quemado, Reserve, in the Gila wilderness.

We want to go camping and be next to water and have 3 dogs.We also would like to be able to run around naked in southern cal

I used to go fishing quite a bit as a kid in Utah, but now all that remains from that is my reel and pole. Now I’m in Colorado for medical school with my wife and daughter and was hoping to get started again camping and fishing on our (very few) breaks. Any suggestions on how to get started with fishing equipment? What all will I need from A to Z??

I would like for my family to go camping in colorado springs this year as our family vacation but I dont know if its too hot for a tent or would we be better off getiing a cabin.We are from Louisiana so camping during July in tents are only for the extremest becasue the humidity and heat are unbareable during the summer.

I recently started working for a school and have all summer off with my 2 kids who are 8 (boy) and 10 (girl). I’m looking for a vacation spot within a day or two drive of the Denver area. We have already been to the mountain resorts and local spots many times and are looking for something fun that is a little further away.
We enjoy sightseeing, the outdoors and educational experiences but don’t have any camping equipment (and really don’t want to buy it). Any suggestions or experiences to share?

I need to know some good and fun summer camps in Colorado Springs for a kid from the age of 12 to 14 that is a girl. Maybe something like a sports camps or just something for fun.

My wife and i want o do something different next weekend, i was thinking of camping, but i would aso like to do some mountain biking. I live on the Air Force academy so what what i want to know is there any place that i can bike to from here and go camping?

I live in Breckenridge and would like to check out more of the state. Any suggestions for cool dog friendly towns/trails?
