While you are in military boot camp how do you communicate with your outside family. do you get to make phone calls home? is there even a point in having a cell phone while your in the military. once you get out of boot camp then are you allowed to have a cell phone while on base to use during your personal time?

So I just came home to find an e-mail saying he had to go to another camp and he can’t call or e-mail for a whole month. I am going crazy now. I worry about him so much already. Like this is the last e-mail or anything I will get for another month. I can’t stop crying and panicking. Do you really think it will be a whole month before he can call or email?
