Our Dodge caravan has good battery power to crank the engine, but it doesn’t turn over. We suspect the 0-2 sensor because we have been using a lot of gas lately, and we thought that maybe it wasn’t sending the right signals to get the right fuel mix. So maybe it was going out, and now is out.

I have a 1999 Dodge Caravan that just yesterday failed a Smog Test. Now I am looking for some rough estimates on how much it is going to cost me to get the car repaired so that it can pass the test. Any help is greatly appreciated.
