I went camping recently.Someone was working on his dock.When he struck the hammer,you could hear the sound first,then see the strike of the hammer.Anyone know why?

However, I look up the Red Cross, and they want something like $72. I have… $2 in my bank account. Are there any places that will train for free? Thanks!

My son is 8 years old and has never spent any time away from home without his sister who is a year older. He has had trouble with bully’s in his class and i am worried because i can’t just ring and check if all is OK (there are no phones). Should I write a note of comfort? Or will that make him feel worse while away? He is so excited yet I am so worried.

I purchased a scooter last summer for gas savings and just took the motorcycle safety course. I fell in love with idea of a motorcycle. I am looking for something to take on longer trips (300 miles or so), around town, camping, taking my wife on a ride after I gain experience etc. I am thinking something in the 650 -1000 cc range to start with. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
