I live in NW Arkansas. I am willing to travel up to 500 miles away. I would consider camping as an alternative to staying in a hotel. I have 2 kids ages 8 and 11. All of the family enjoys being outdoors and sports.

they have a really mean trainer or camp leader/cordinator and they lock him in a cage and turn the camp all nice again. there bus driver to the camp was named pat and he falls in love with a blond woman.
I have been working on this camp for 3 years. We spend every weekend there. We have 5 kids and have family picnic there.
“Tomorrow When the War Began” by John Marsdenhttp://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0440219…
“Australian teenager Ellie and six of her friends return from a winter break camping trip to find their homes burned or deserted, their families imprisoned, and their country occupied by a foreign military force in league with a band of disaffected Australians. As their shock wears off, the seven decide they must stick together if they are to survive. After a life-threatening skirmish with the occupiers, the teens retreat to their isolated campsite in the bush country and make plans to fight a guerilla war against the invaders. Writing in a distinct voice and showing rare intelligence and sensitivity, Ellie recounts their courageous battles against the Goliath in control of their land. She also records her feelings and observations about the romantic partnerships that develop within her small circle of friends, and shows how they mature and blossom during this time of crisis.”

im looking to place my kids in a summer camp and it seems to be really hard to find online. im specifically looking into CAMP EXPOSURE in riverdale georgia or the surrounding areas.
This morning I took my 10 year old son to meet the bus for Church Camp for 5 days. This is his first time going to camp ever and I worry about if he is doing ok.
He has been away from home before but has always been able to call and talk to him and he could call me. I know that he is probably fine but I still worry about him. How can I assure myself.
I’m in charge of creating the DVD slide show for a kid’s camp this summer and am looking for some suggestions for songs to play in the background. Any help is appreciated. It’s a camp for Christian 6th through 8th graders.
What would you suggest to be used for a kids camp. It needs to be easy to moderate, easy for people to join but at the same time admin should be able authorize actual camp members. Also there should be a way to censor cursing and spam. For example we’ve thought of a facebook page, a forum, or maybe a worpress. Something that is not complicating for members to use. Not sure what would be best. Please answer with your suggestions and idea. Thanks!
The kids are 4 and 7. I have tried to find reviews of campgrounds in New England/New York/New Jersey but have not found any good sites. Most have so few reviews I cannot get a good comparison. I would like to find a campground with lots of things we can do (biking swimming playgrounds etc) that is very family friendly and possibly has some inexpensive activities in the area such as wineries, kid museums or outdoor adventures.
I have a group job interview for a kids day camp, and need something to teach the other people in the interview that I could teach to children. Would kids like a game, or learn how to do a song in sign language more? What games would be good. Something that can be done indoors, and not require props.
