Do you think the Toronto real estate market is really that hot or is the media playing it up?
News of people camping out over night to buy condos just perplexes me. There is an endless supply of condo in Toronto with one springing up in each street corner every day. I think the banks, and the media are just creating the hype and trying to make this real estate boom last forever. I have lived in countries where the real estate market is a toy for speculators and it sucks. Decent hardworking people have no affordable place to live while these a#$hole spectulators profits. I sincerely hope for a crash in the market so these scumbags go bankrupt.

What would you suggest to be used for a kids camp. It needs to be easy to moderate, easy for people to join but at the same time admin should be able authorize actual camp members. Also there should be a way to censor cursing and spam. For example we’ve thought of a facebook page, a forum, or maybe a worpress. Something that is not complicating for members to use. Not sure what would be best. Please answer with your suggestions and idea. Thanks!

News channel eg AJTAK churns out mythical stories in the name of breaking news and continue breking it for the next 24×7 . It is then adjudged the best by the media pandits . What a shame ?

I’ve built up a pretty good ebay feedback rating buying and selling. I want to start selling alot more and making more money. How do I get started selling dvd’s , media or electronics? Where do I buy from? Do I become a middle man? I have no idea what to do.
I see people selling and shipping there own dvd’s and then I see people who sell them and they get shipped from somewhere else.
I just want the information to where I can get one foot forward.

We all know that fashion is communication, I made a concept recently, called – Cyclical Adoptation of Fashion .I have been observing that people make their choices which has already been choosen by someone else. I found that a group of girls wearing a same kind of winter clothing all around the major cities in France. what my point is for example when A is wearing a cloth, B wishes to wear the same and C,D,E,F,G,H as well and when B wear something interesting others follow the same so it’s a kind of Cyclical approch to the acceptance to Fashion, thus society play very important role in Fashion Communication media other than magazines, T.V, outdoor adds etc. : – Do you agree or not? or is there anyother major factors which are prime importance?
