At least every 25000 miles. I can’t be certain about what the manufacturer has listed for your vehicle but most repair shops will tell you at least every 25k.
If you tow a heavy trailer or drive with a full load of passengers in stop and go traffic, I would do it more often. But 25k is a good rule of thumb.

I have a serious question. I am currently driving my mom’s 2005 dodge caravan and i notice that it pulsate when am not accelerating (mostly when i slow down to make a complete stop) and just resently the check engine light came on. am not sure what is wrong with it, to me it sounds like a bad senor. I have garmin nuvi 350 portable gps device. My car charger doesn’t work so I have yo use my wall charger. How often should I charge my gps if I use it everyday and how long should I charge it for? It has a standby time of 5 hrs. Is it bad to over charge it?

I am thinking about buying a GPS from Garmin and I know that you have to purchase updates every so often as streets change. How often does this need to be done? And how much does it cost?
