I’m looking for a site that reviews camping/hiking/outdoor equipment..?
……by the people who use it. I dont want another “outfitter” promoting their products, but a site where people who have actually used the products comment on their durability effctiveness and even the trails and areas they have explored.
Any one know of a site like this?

Who do I contact if I want to do reviews on electronics? I’ve heard of people being able to write a review after playing with the gadget for a set period of time.

Those American sites are excellent, but I’ve noticed that they use different model numbers for consumer electronics in different countries, so anything I read about on a US site is probably called something else here in New Zealand.

I was sick of finally arriving at campsites after hours of hiking and having to get my head round which rods went where when all I wanted to do was lie down and relax ready for the next day. This tent is fantastic, a life saver! It is so easy to assemble and is big enough for 4 people. There are two doors which is great from some ventilation and the double skin means that you can keep warm even on cold nights. I found this tent here at a great price, much cheaper than quoted on the Gelert website.

Now when I get to the campsite I have the tent assembled in no time at all and I can simply sit down, relax and reflect on a great day spent hiking with friends through glorious countryside.
