The type that burn butane gas and are used for camping or power cuts?
We have one we use if there are power cuts because they are brighter than battery lanterns. We haven’t had to use it yet since i had the budgie but would it be safe with the budgie if we needed to use it?

We are going camping this weekend and I am buying the steak this evening. I was intending to marinate the meat tonight (sealed in a ziplock), but will not be cooking the meat till Saturday night (two days later). The meat will be transferred from a refrigerator to a cooler as part of the trip. Will the meat be okay to cook?

My friends and I are planning a weekend camping and canoe trip in Maine in a few weeks on the Saco River. We’re planning on bringing bottled water with us for drinking, but using the river water for cooking.
The river “looks” pristine but I know it’s not safe to drink without boiling.
