Grandchildren mean I have to have a should strap in the back seat. 1990 cars did not have them. Any ideas where I can get one?

After two weeks off I am beginning to workout light weight again. I did a shoulder work out today consisting of only 5lbs. I did lateral raises and front raises etc and experienced more or less zero pain. I pulled some ligaments in my shoulder a few weeks ago and since then it has been healing slowly.
Anyways, my shoulder was feeling all good today. I hardly even noticed that it was ever injured. So a few hours ago while I was walking home with my friends I decided to throw an orange over a low awning, something that would be no problem what so ever if my shoulder was a 100%. After I threw it, keep in mind it really is not a strenuous throw at all, my shoulder immediately started aching. So obviously I know that my shoulder is not fully recovered, but scientifically, what happened? Did the whip of the throw pull some repairing ligaments? This sort of freaked me out because I thought my shoulder could definitely handle a throw of an orange….
