I’m going into highschool and I want to try out for the volleyball team. But I want to go to a camp or a clinic so I can work on the things that I need help in, so I make the team. But the thing is that I lve on the north shore of long island. So farmingdale or anything around there wouldn’t be good. Please help..

I’ll be playing volleyball for hours and hours all day long for two weeks, and the camp recomends following some sort of fitness regimen to prepare beforehand. What can I do to get in shape for this camp? Any tips, advice or ideas are extremely appreciated.

I’m really good at volleyball, and I really want to get a volleyball scholarship. I also want to make the varsity team when I am a freshman. What colleges have the best volleyball camps? This summer I am going to at least 1 college volleyball camp, but I don’t know which one. So far my top choice is Penn State!

I have to go to volleyball camp and my period is due almost the exact day I go. I have horrible cramps, and heavy flow. Is there a way to make my period come earlier so it would be off when I go to camp? Or a way to make it to I skip my period.
My mom wont let me take medications, so a way to do this naturally.
